Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect, Cloud Services in the United States to drive GTM for Managed OpenShift offerings (ROSA, ARO, OpenShift on AWS). You will articulate value to leadership and ops teams, guide customers to production-ready architectures, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and revenue growth.

The role requires deep cloud and OpenShift expertise, strong communication, and travel as needed to support enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

5+ years in a sales-engineering or equivalent customer-facing technical role in enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms and their native services.
Hands-on with Red Hat ROSA and ARO; solid OpenShift understanding.
Broad Red Hat portfolio knowledge: RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift Virtualization.
Consultative selling with ability to design solutions and business value.
Proven relationships across engineering, commercial, and executive levels.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to support accounts.

Responsibilities

Partner with account teams to identify customer use cases and blockers to adoption.
Remove blockers to adoption of enterprise-wide Managed OpenShift.
Define enterprise-ready Managed OpenShift architecture and contribute to Success Planning.
Design tailored solutions addressing customer adoption blockers with Red Hat resources.
Provide feedback to Product and SRE teams to improve the product.
Design solutions meeting customer business and technical requirements.
Demonstrate consultative selling and business acumen in proposals.
Identify customer champions and advocate for Cloud Services internally.
Share knowledge with team members to propagate lessons learned.
Lead pre- and post-sales activities including deep dives, PoCs, workshops, and enablement.
