Job summary

You will guide engagements from concept to deployment, collaborate with the Cloud Center of Excellence, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring solutions deliver business value and align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for business stakeholders.
• Lead client engagement activities, including solution discovery, requirements gathering, workshops, and business case development.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee full solution lifecycle including implementation, transitions, upgrades, and support planning.
• Develop solution roadmaps and delivery plans for cloud, applications, and technology initiatives.
• Drive governance and collaboration with the Cloud Center of Excellence and delivery teams.
