Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for business stakeholders, helping identify opportunities to leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
• Lead client engagement activities, including solution discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and business case development.
• Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Experience supporting the full solution lifecycle, including implementation, operational transition, upgrades, and support planning.
• Develop solution strategies, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans for cloud, application, and technology initiatives.
• Lead engagements from concept through deployment and operational transition, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Provide leadership to Solution Architects and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Evaluate options and recommend cost-effective, scalable solutions based on value and risk.
