Job summary

Oracle US is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a feature team delivering cloud applications and modules. You will own sprint execution, drive releases, ensure service health, and provide technical leadership across API design, security practices, and system scalability.

You will mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Manages a single feature team delivering a cloud application or module; accountable for sprint execution, release readiness, and service health for the team’s components.
• Provides coaching and process execution for team to develop and guide new software features and enhancements following design specifications, ensuring accessibility, and to develop documents to clarify software design and code.
• Leads code reviews to drive improvements and debugging to identify and fix software issues within a single component or functional area.
• Ensures team implements software testing, QA processes, observability, and monitoring for effective debugging.
• Guides team in API functionality, versioning, and interoperability strategies.
• Implements architectural guidance and ensures adherence to internal development standards and security criteria.
