Job summary

RiVidium Inc. in the Washington, DC area seeks a Cloud Service Desk Engineer to support a federal client.

This senior role provides engineering-level escalated service desk support for cloud/endpoint issues, device enrollment, compliance status, identity/access, telemetry validation, and runbooks. The position requires a TS security clearance and 8+ years IT/endpoint/Cyber experience, with 6+ years in cloud/endpoint engineering and familiarity with M365 and Intune.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required; 8+ years in IT/Endpoint/Cybersecurity.
• 6+ years engineering support for cloud/endpoint environments with M365, Intune, endpoint compliance, identity support, escalated troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the assigned engineering discipline.
• Design, implement, document, and continuously improve enterprise engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support operational readiness, modernization, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation guidance.
• Participate in engineering reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
