Target is seeking a Lead Engineer for Cloud Security to own the CSPM/CNAPP platform across public and private clouds. You will translate security needs into reliable, developer-friendly controls and drive ongoing improvements to posture, remediation, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on technology experience with cloud security and platform engineering.
• Deep CSPM/CNAPP expertise in enterprise-scale multi-cloud environments.
• Strong command of Kubernetes, IaC/CI-CD, automation, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CSPM/CNAPP platform, setting direction, standards, and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end deployment, operation, and tuning across public/private clouds.
• Own policy sets, handle exceptions, and drive remediation with SLAs.
• Mentor engineers, improve developer experience, and reduce toil.
