Job summary

ADP's Global Security Organization seeks a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to drive security program engineering across data centers and cloud environments. You will lead global projects covering SIEM, CVM, DPI, CPSM, SOAR, and data warehouses, partnering with IT, PMO and clients to deploy secure solutions and mentor junior engineers.

Requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, strong cloud and Kubernetes experience, scripting (Python/PowerShell/Ansible), and certifications; hybrid work in the US with

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity, including designing and deploying security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols and best practices.
• Experience with CVM, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, DPI, IDS, EDR and DBMS.
• Experience with Linux/Windows server deployments and Kubernetes environments.
• Cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP and data warehouse tech.
• Proficiency with scripting and API interactions (Python/Ansible/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Lead global security projects, strategy, design and deployment of tools across data centers and cloud environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve highly complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training to operations teams.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO and clients on deployment requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
