Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer in the Washington DC Metro Area to design, build, and maintain cloud-native automation and SIEM/SOAR integrations. You will develop threat response workflows across Federal Law Enforcement enclaves and support continuous monitoring and incident response capabilities.

U.S. Citizenship is required with Top Secret (TS) clearance eligibility; experience with multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) and security tooling is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in software development, cloud engineering, or security automation in federal environments.
• Experience designing and implementing SOAR platforms and automated workflows using enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk SOAR, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and security tooling (SIEM/EDR, network security).
• DoD 8570.01-M / IAM Level II or III compliant certification required; cloud security certs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud security solutions and automated workflows across AWS and Azure for federal objectives.
• Build, test, and deploy SOAR playbooks to automate incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Integrate SIEM, EDR, and other security telemetry into unified automation pipelines.
• Develop scripts to streamline security operations and operationalize MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks.
• Collaborate with ISSOs/ISSEs and system owners to align with agency controls and change management.
