Job summary

Probity Inc. is seeking a senior cloud security professional with an active TS/SCI clearance for enterprise-scale cloud monitoring, incident response, and automation. You will design secure architectures, develop Python scripts, and mentor junior staff while advancing CSOC capabilities and AI-aware security practices.

Responsibilities include tuning Splunk detections for AWS and cloud platforms, and driving continuous improvement across security operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud security or cyber operations.
• 7+ years of OS, network, security principles or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS.
• 3+ years of coding in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud security monitoring systems at enterprise scale.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools.
• Design and implement automated incident response playbooks for CSOC processes.
• Mentor junior staff and plan cyber exercises to sharpen team skills.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and AI in cloud security.
• Develop, tune, and optimize Splunk detection rules for AWS and cloud platforms.
