Iterable is a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform with global offices including Denver. We are seeking a Security Engineer to join the Security Engineering team to elevate our security posture across development lifecycles.

You will review designs, implement cloud security, and drive DevSecOps practices across Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI pipelines. Growth-minded professionals who thrive in a collaborative, inclusive culture are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Security, SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps, or Infra Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and ecosystem tools (helm, ArgoCD).
• Production experience with AWS services (IAM, SCPs, VPCs, CloudTrail, Security Groups).
• Proficiency with Terraform.
• Experience developing custom actions/workflows in Github or Gitlab.

Responsibilities

• Review system designs and implementations with engineers to identify security issues and remediate.
• Propose architectural improvements addressing security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement cloud/security architecture and contribute to strategy/roadmap.
• Participate in selecting and managing automated security testing tools (cloud posture, image scanners).
• Integrate security into CI pipelines and shift left with IaC scanning and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate penetration tests of cloud services.
