Job summary

Iterable, a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform, seeks a Security Engineer to strengthen cloud security posture across engineering teams. You will advance security via automation, IaC, and DevSecOps practices while collaborating on architecture and tooling across the organization.

You'll focus on cloud security vulnerabilities, incident prevention, and secure product delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Security, SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps, or Infra Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and tooling (helm, ArgoCD).
• Hands-on with AWS services (IAM, SCPs, VPCs, CloudTrail, SGs).
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC security principles.
• Experience coding in Python or Go; familiar with policy tools.

Responsibilities

• Review system designs and identify security issues with engineers.
• Propose solutions and drive architectural improvements for security.
• Develop and implement cloud security architecture and roadmap plans.
• Participate in automated security testing tools and CI pipelines.
• Implement IaC scanning and policy enforcement for secure deployments.
• Coordinate penetration testing of cloud services.
• Support security-by-design across the product lifecycle.
