Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Sr. Security Architect to lead the design, review, and governance of AI security architecture across multi-cloud environments.

The role emphasizes secure deployment of AI products, governance of AI models and agents, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The candidate will collaborate across business units and drive risk mitigation while advancing Entergy’s security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cyber security, information systems, engineering or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• ISACA or ISC2 certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus; OSCP is a plus; vendor credentials (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• Experience with AI security governance, multi-cloud security, POC testing, and API security.
• Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, ISO27001, TOGAF/OWASP/NIST Cloud Security references.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Architect and secure AI solutions in multi-cloud environments.
• Define security requirements for cloud-based AI solutions and evaluate security standards.
• Build and enforce guardrails for AI agents and governance frameworks.
• Review new applications with AI features for security impact.
• Lead product selection, PoCs, and evaluations of cloud and AI security technologies.
• Foster relationships with process owners to assess risks and mitigations.
• Maintain AI security policies, guardrails, and roadmaps; ensure SaaS/PaaS data protection and compliance.
• Perform assessments and threat modeling for emerging tech to meet Entergy security requirements.
• Advocate information security with stakeholders and monitor trends to adjust posture.
