Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Cloud Architect to drive the security maturity of our cloud environments. You will guide security controls across business units and partner with governance to embed security into processes.

You’ll lead threat modeling for SaaS/PaaS products, participate in architectural reviews, and champion modern authentication/authorization across IaaS, PaaS, and third-party services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant architect experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Cloud experience with Azure/AWS.
• Certifications: Azure, Microsoft, AWS, Data Science.
• Banking experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud-centric Information Security strategy to meet Wintrust growth goals.
• Research and design cloud-based security solutions across all business units.
• Advise on identity and access for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and 3rd party partners.
• Guide integration of modern authentication/authorization across platforms.
• Serve as SME on SaaS/PaaS/IaaS technologies with robust controls.
• Lead cloud security assessment program and mitigate identified gaps.
