CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to own critical tooling and drive reliability; you will influence delivery velocity across the cloud stack. You’ll build observability, respond to incidents, and collaborate with platform teams to harden production readiness.

You will ship production code in Python or Go, lead end-to-end engineering projects, and mentor teams to improve fault tolerance and efficiency across services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating distributed systems or cloud platforms.
• Debug complex production issues end-to-end across services and infra.
• Strong programming or scripting in Python/Go for production services.

Responsibilities

• Take hands-on ownership of critical systems and frameworks and guide their evolution.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects to improve availability and scalability.
• Build observability, alerts, automated remediation, and resilience testing.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause investigations.
• Improve deployment workflows and runbooks to harden production readiness.
• Eliminate single points of failure through automation and redesigns.
• Ship production code regularly in Python or Go and contribute to on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with platform teams to integrate features with reliability tooling.
