CoreWeave is the Essential Cloud for AI. We’re hiring a Senior Production Engineer to own critical tooling, drive reliability, and enhance delivery velocity across the cloud stack.

You’ll design, deploy, and operate systems, lead important projects, and strengthen foundations with durable engineering investments. You’ll build and operate systems focused on reliability and performance, collaborating with service owners while delivering mature, well-instrumented platforms.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of engineering experience building and operating distributed systems or cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex production issues end‑to‑end across services and infrastructure.
• Strong programming or scripting ability (Python, Go, or similar) with production services experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed system patterns, especially Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern observability stacks: metrics, tracing, logs, SLOs/SLIs, incident lifecycle.
• Track record of delivering reliability improvements through engineering execution.

Responsabilidades

• Take hands-on ownership of critical systems and frameworks; drive architecture and evolution.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects improving availability, scalability, automation, and failure recovery.
• Build and maintain observability, alerting, remediation, and resilience testing.
• Participate in incident response and root‑cause investigations; implement lasting fixes.
• Improve runbooks, deployment workflows, and operational tooling for production readiness.
• Eliminate single points of failure and reduce toil through automation and refactors.
• Ship production code regularly in Python or Go; participate in on‑call rotations.
• Maintain and mature long-term projects and frameworks owned by the team.
