Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Manager in the UEM Cloud Services team to lead a skilled group of engineers focused on security, network, availability, and cost control. This role involves hands-on problem solving, design reviews, and architecture discussions to increase system reliability and automate deployments.

You will guide team members, collaborate with cross‑functional groups, and drive CI/CD improvements while delivering on strategic initiatives with a focus on cloud-native infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering roles
• 3+ years in technical leadership
• 5+ years with customer-facing SaaS services

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of site reliability engineers with career development focus
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions to improve reliability and automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, cost-efficient solutions and reduce toil through automation
• Lead CI/CD enhancements and cloud infrastructure reliability improvements
• Define and track team-level SLOs for deployment automation and service reliability
• Foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment and promote engineering best practices
• Balance priorities to deliver technical initiatives on schedule
