Job summary

Medallia is seeking a Senior Technical Release Manager to own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for our cloud-native platform. You will orchestrate zero-downtime releases across AWS with blue/green, canary, and rolling patterns.

Based in the Tysons area, this hybrid role requires collaboration with DevOps, SRE, QA, and engineering teams to ensure fast, reliable releases while meeting security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical release management, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Experience on enterprise-scale deployments on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Git branching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own releases end-to-end for the Medallia platform.
• Enforce zero-downtime deployment patterns (blue/green, canary, rolling).
• Lead Deployment Readiness Reviews (DRR) and review IaC changes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, QA, and engineering teams.
