Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years in traditional PM disciplines, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing large, enterprise IT projects including cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cloud modernization, migration, and infrastructure initiatives from planning through handoff.
• Coordinate with Govt stakeholders, cloud architects, engineers, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT teams.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk across the cloud lifecycle.
