Job summary
Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering / Platform Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud engineering, migration, and modernization initiatives. You will drive global programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across cloud platforms and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cloud programs, strong AWS and Azure DevOps hands-on skills, and deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, along with Agile/SAFe
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud engineering or platform programs.
- Proven experience delivering cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AWS and enterprise infrastructure.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Proven experience managing globally distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale cloud engineering, migration, and modernization programs from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate globally distributed technical teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
- Work with leadership to define priorities and ensure successful execution.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to program delivery.
