Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering / Platform Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud engineering, migration, and modernization initiatives. You will drive global programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across cloud platforms and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cloud programs, strong AWS and Azure DevOps hands-on skills, and deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, along with Agile/SAFe

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud engineering or platform programs.
• Proven experience delivering cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AWS and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering / Platform Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud engineering, migration, and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD technologies, combined with proven experience managing enterprise programs and globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale cloud engineering, migration, and modernization programs from planning through delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams across software development, cloud engineering, security, operations, and business functions.
• Drive cloud platform and infrastructure initiatives for enterprise-scale applications.
• Oversee CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate globally distributed technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with technical and business leadership to define priorities and ensure successful execution.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to program delivery.
• Identify technical and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure cloud transformation initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud engineering or platform programs.

Preferred Qualifications
