Job summary

GSK in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Cloud & Hosting in Modern Engineering. You will own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the platforms used by engineers, including GitHub, Azure DevOps, and cloud hosting on Azure and Google Cloud.

This role is hands-on, requiring you to lead with evidence, validate architecture, and collaborate with security, finance, procurement and business stakeholders in the US and UK to deliver secure, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in technology, including 4+ years as a product owner or product manager.

Responsibilities

Own a 12-18 month roadmap for the Cloud & Hosting portfolio, aligned to engineering, security and business strategy.
Define targets for adoption, DORA metrics, developer experience, SLO attainment and cost per user.
Run interviews, surveys and analysis with delivery teams to size high-value problems.
Write and prioritise epics and features with clear acceptance criteria for two+ platform teams and lead quarterly planning.
Take part in architecture reviews, design, POCs, testing and troubleshooting to validate feasibility.
