Courier Health is building a serverless-first AWS platform and multi-account architecture to accelerate patient engagement in healthcare. As Infra Engineer, you’ll own design, deployment, and security of our infrastructure to scale with medical data and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of public cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep AWS expertise, including serverless (Lambda) and container orchestration (EKS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS Organizations, multi-account governance, and IAM Identity Center.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language.
• Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and monitor cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Ability to work independently and own technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and evolve our serverless AWS platform and multi-account architecture.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines and developer platform for compliant-by-default workflows.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and security practices to scale with growth.
• Improve engineering operations, integrations, and standards across teams.
• Collaborate across squads to unblock technical challenges and drive rapid delivery.
