Job summary

Courier Health, a NYC-based tech company, is seeking an Infra Engineer to design, deploy, and evolve our serverless‑first AWS platform and multi‑account architecture. You will own CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and security practices to help engineers move fast while staying compliant.

In this role you’ll shape the infra that accelerates patient engagement in life sciences, collaborating across teams, implementing monitoring, and driving scalable, secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with public cloud infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in AWS, including serverless and EKS.
• Strong Infra as Code experience with Terraform.
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with AWS Organizations and IAM Identity Center.
• Proven ability to design, deploy and monitor scalable cloud infra.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language.
• Ability to argue technical decisions constructively and drive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and evolve our serverless AWS platform and multi‑account architecture.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and the developer platform for compliant‑by‑default delivery.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and security across systems.
• Improve engineering operations and integrate backend services with infra layers.
• Collaborate across teams to unblock technical challenges and scale infrastructure.
