Courier Health is a NYC-based technology company focused on reinventing patient engagement in life sciences. We’re building a scalable, secure serverless AWS platform to accelerate life-saving therapies for patients.

The Infra Eng role owns architectural decisions, implements robust monitoring, and drives engineering operations to speed delivery while maintaining governance and security. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with public cloud infrastructure.
• Deep AWS expertise including serverless Lambdas, Step Functions, EventBridge, and EKS.
• Hands-on Terraform experience for IaC.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS Organizations, multi-account governance, and IAM Identity Center.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• BS in CS or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Courier Health's serverless AWS platform.
• Design, deploy, and monitor multi-account AWS architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain the dev platform to enable rapid, compliant delivery.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and security controls at scale.
• Collaborate across teams to unblock technical challenges and improve operations.
