Q-CTRL is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to scale a Kubernetes-based SaaS platform and embedded deployments. You will drive infrastructure as code, build automation, and support a US-based team from the Santa Monica office.

You will collaborate with Sydney teams, apply best-practice DevOps, and ship reliable, secure software across public clouds and embedded client infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform/DevOps/SRE or equivalent.
• Production Kubernetes experience and ability to provision clusters.
• Expert in IaC for self-service golden paths in public clouds.
• Strong Linux distribution experience and system troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Go and Python with code understanding.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-hours support for US-based research and engineering teams with ADRs and documentation.
• Learn our stack, influence platform architecture, update code and guide tech choices.
• Maintain cloud best practices and promote a strong DevOps culture across workflows.
• Develop toolchain support including CI/CD pipelines and GitOps operators.
• Ensure applications are scalable, highly available, cloud-agnostic and accessible via Zero Trust networking.
