Job summary

Vizient is seeking a DevOps Engineer to partner with infrastructure, application development, and security teams to implement CI/CD and Azure DevOps requirements across development initiatives. You will build automation, monitor deployments, and drive improvements in the technical team's experience while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration of Azure CI/CD pipelines, IaC tooling, and integration with security controls, with opportunities to learn

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience required.
Experience in a Cloud Engineering, DevOps role, or related position required.
Experience with CI/CD concepts and cloud-based services, preferably Azure, required.
Knowledge of IaC tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, and Chef is required.
Windows Server experience preferred; Linux experience preferred; PowerShell or scripting languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, manage, and maintain native toolsets in a multi-cloud environment, automating deployment processes.
Collaborate with Agile Product teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in configuring Azure CI/CD and integrations to Azure cloud environments and related tools.
Work with developers to test system integrity and automate deployments.
Monitor Azure deployments and application performance; support pipeline monitoring across environments.
