Responsibilities

• Guide major initiatives and lead large complex projects from ideation through production.
• Refine end-to-end development processes: CI/CD, security scanning, monitoring.
• Serve as SME for platform strategy and advise on new technology directions.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for infrastructure and workflows.
