Exelixis, Inc. is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer for our Analytics Platform in Alameda, CA. This role will focus on designing and creating cloud-based products, collaborating on cloud automation tools, and mentoring engineers to foster technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS, and will play a key role in product development and delivery while ensuring operational excellence. A master’s degree and significant industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with corresponding years of experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in SOX and FDA regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and creation of cloud-based products.
• Guide successful completion of major initiatives.
• Own documentation of infrastructure and work instructions.
