Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with 7+ years in performance testing and engineering to lead end-to-end testing efforts.

You will design, execute and analyze load, stress, soak and chaos tests, while identifying bottlenecks and delivering RCA to stakeholders. Proficiency with LoadRunner, ALM/Performance Center, and modern APM tools is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on with thread dumps and heap dump analysis (JMC/JFR experience a plus).
• Develop performance scripts using LoadRunner and ALM/Performance Center.
• Design, execute and analyze load, stress, break, soak and chaos tests.
• Hands-on use of APM & monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong Python programming skills (Python libraries including Flask, Streamlit).
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, batching).
• Experience with Service Virtualization.
• Understand all aspects of Performance Testing and Engineering duties.

Ability to design, execute and analyze different Load, Stress, Break, Soak and Chaos testing scenarios.

Hands-on use of APM & other monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana)

Understanding of system internals and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

Solid programming skills in Python and Python libraries (e.g., Flask, Stream lit)

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Familiarity with model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning, batching).

Having work experience in 'Service Virtualization'

Have a complete understanding with hands-on experience in all aspects of Performance Testing and Engineering duties

Ability to determine bottlenecks using tool & analysis when facing application performance issues and reporting RCA to stakeholders.
