SpyCloud is seeking an experienced Cloud Ops Engineer in the United States to design, secure, and scale the infrastructure powering our API and data pipelines. The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with developers, and maintaining high availability across AI workloads.

You will implement scalable infrastructure, ensure security and compliance with SOC 2/ISO27001/CMMC, and support agent orchestration for AI systems while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Ops/Platform Ops/DevOps maintaining production infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and related tooling.
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar tools, Ansible, and AWS CLI/SDK.
• Experience scripting with Python and Bash on Linux environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, agent orchestration, and integrating LLMs.
• Experience with release automation and system debugging.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain secure, durable infrastructure to power APIs, AI operations, and data workflows.
• Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring across the SDLC to ensure scalability and availability.
• Ensure information security and compliance with SOC 2/ISO27001/CMMC standards.
