PrideGlobal is seeking a Cloud Observability Engineer for our New York City hybrid office. You will design, implement, and support monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP, building dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure end-to-end visibility.

Role requires 10+ years, Terraform/IaC, and strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with cloud, platform, security, and operations teams to standardize observability practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in observability and monitoring.
• Hands-on with Terraform and IaC.
• Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build dashboards, alerts, reports, health checks for end-to-end visibility.
• Automate deployment through Terraform and IaC.
• Collaborate with cloud, platform, security, and operations teams.
• Develop runbooks and operational standards.
• Perform proactive issue detection and root cause analysis.
