Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and evolve advanced security controls across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will work hands-on with firewalls, network security, and automation, while aligning with GRC and incident response practices. We value deep curiosity about system weaknesses, practical pentesting, and the ability to translate risks into concrete, automated protections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related security engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong networking foundation across BGP, DNS, TLS, VPNs and cloud VPCs.
• Proficient with Palo Alto firewalls and network ACLs.
• Experience with Python, Bash/ZSH, Go or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage Palo Alto firewalls and tune security policies.
• Participate in secure network architecture across multi-vendor environments.
• Collaborate with network teams to implement security controls enterprise-wide.
• Own end-to-end delivery, docs, and post-implementation support.
• Secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and cloud firewalls.
• Lead security operations escalation and incident response.
• Conduct technical audits and assist GRC activities.
• Develop in-house security tooling and automation.
• Drive recovery and business continuity planning with testing.
• Contribute to security program roadmap with IT leadership.
• Champion hyper-automation across security products.
