Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks a Senior Manager of DevOps & Cloud Engineering to lead a hands-on, 24/7 team delivering scalable cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and drive modernization across platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and performance. You will collaborate with security, system administration, and product teams to align with business goals while managing budgets and driving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience; Azure or GCP knowledge helpful.
• Experience with IaC and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and monitoring/observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the DevOps & Cloud Engineering team with mentoring.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to enforce ownership and accountability.
• Define and evolve technology standards, prioritizing automation and security.
• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Contribute to cloud and DevOps strategy and stay current with trends.
• Drive automation to improve quality, cost, and speed of software delivery.
• Manage team budget and expenses with cost optimization.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance across projects.
• Monitor KPIs and report on team performance.
• Provide exceptional on-site experiences per guidelines.
