Job summary

ECS Corporate Services seeks a Senior Cloud/Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate secure AWS environments across GovCloud and commercial accounts. You will own infrastructure-as-code, IAM least-privilege, and cross-team coordination to meet RMF/ATO requirements.

Remote work within the United States, strong expertise in Terraform, EKS, and advanced networking is essential. You will influence architecture, automate deployments, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, implementing, securing AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years troubleshooting hybrid/cloud network connectivity and load balancers.
• 5+ years of Terraform with modules, state management, policy enforcement.
• 5+ years Kubernetes networking, ingress, CoreDNS, and EKS connectivity.
• Security-focused with FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST 800-53 exposure and RMF/ATO docs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support enterprise load-balancing and ingress patterns (F5, DNS, TLS).
• Coordinate with application teams, Security, and program leadership to resolve issues.
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Provision and manage EKS clusters, namespaces, and Helm add-ons.
• Configure AWS VPC networking, including routing, TGWs, DNS, NACLs, and endpoints.
• Automate deployments using CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cross-account roles.
