Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Architect to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. You will design and implement cloud architectures across CSPs and provide connectivity, security, and migration guidance for legacy systems into hybrid cloud environments.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph and IAT Level 2 (Security+), with deep experience in networking, datacenters, and enterprise cloud services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 14 years' system engineering experience; BS degree required or 5 additional years of related SE experience may substitute.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with current polygraph is required.
• Minimum of IAT Level 2 certification (Security+) required.
• Understanding CSPs (AWS, Azure, Oracle) and TS, S, and U networks (Commercial and Gov’t clouds).

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud architecture and engineering services for the enterprise.
• Support modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.
