Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a Software Engineer III to own the cloud-native microservices behind its Security-as-a-Service platform. You will design, build, and operate scalable, secure microservices with ownership from design through production, collaborating with product, security, and ops teams.

You will deploy to AWS/GCP/Azure using Terraform, run Docker/Kubernetes workloads, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while mentoring teammates and sharpening security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Go or Python and building APIs/microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Terraform.
• Familiar with observability tools and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure microservices.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and deliver.
• Deploy to the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Terraform.
• Run containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
