Job summary

Peregrine Advisors LLC is seeking a senior engineer to design and deliver cloud-native Python services on AWS, while shaping the React-based frontend and platform components. You will build automated AWS-driven workflows, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, mentoring teammates and enforcing secure coding standards.

The role requires 7+ years Python back-end and 5+ years React.js front-end work, a Bachelor's degree, and strong experience with AWS services and databases.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Python services and platform components on AWS.
Design the React.js front end and set development standards for others.
Build automated workflows across AWS services and compose APIs and data flows.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for production workflows.
Lead code reviews, address design tradeoffs, mentor developers, and ensure secure coding practices.
Produce accurate project estimates and contribute to planning and resource allocation.
