Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Solution Testing, or Test Automation.
• Strong programming experience in Python or Java and UI/API automation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Design, script, and execute load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Develop and maintain test plans and automation documentation for reproducibility.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize scripts.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks across Linux servers, networking hardware, and AWS infrastructure.
• Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines to enable continuous performance guardrails.
