PriceSenz LLC is seeking a senior Lead Systems Engineer to drive customer PoCs, production deployments, and operational handover for its cloud-native networking platform. Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in network operations, field engineering, systems engineering, or technical support within a networking vendor or service provider environment.
• Routing and Service Provider Networking: Strong practical knowledge of BGP, EVPN, L2VPN, advanced routing attributes, route policies, IS-IS, and OSPF.
• Forwarding and QoS: Hands-on experience with hierarchical QoS (H-QoS), ACLs, and uRPF.
• Linux: Strong proficiency with Linux CLI and troubleshooting.
• Cloud-Native Networking: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, APIs, NETCONF/YANG.
• Network Automation: Automating network configurations, testing, or deployments using Ansible, Python, Go, NETCONF/RESTCONF.
• Testing Tools: IXIA/Spirent/BNG Blaster, Wireshark, tcpdump.
• Customer-Facing Execution: Independently manage evaluations and deployments, communicating with stakeholders.
• Ownership and Autonomy: Proactive, results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PoCs: manage end-to-end technical evaluations from lab setup to validation.
• Drive Production Deployments: lead field migrations to disaggregated networking software.
• Troubleshoot networking issues: diagnose routing, QoS, and interoperability.
• Provide Technical Escalation Support: act as escalation point during deployments and incidents.
• Automate Network Operations: develop repeatable workflows using Python, Ansible, NETCONF/RESTCONF.
• Enable Customer Engineering: deliver training and handovers for platform operation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering: provide bug reports and logs for improvements.
• Support Technical Sales: build demonstration environments for validation.
