Job summary
LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer to design and build next-generation cloud-native applications that support key business initiatives and advisor experiences. The role offers modern technologies, platform modernization, and collaboration with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise applications and technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- 6+ years of experience with .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and database technologies.
- Experience with Agile or other SDLC methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support cloud-native web applications and enterprise platforms using .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver value through Agile sprint execution.
- Contribute to the development of high-volume, low-latency, and highly available applications that support mission-critical business functions.
- Assess technical risks, identify solution alternatives, and provide recommendations to support technology and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with SDLC standards and development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support application enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing product support.
