Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cloud-Native Architect with 10+ years of software engineering experience to lead the architecture and modernization of enterprise-scale applications using microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

The role drives engineering standards, platform strategy, and technical excellence across multiple teams, defines governance, and mentors architects while guiding adoption of emerging cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong architecture focus.
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise patterns.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficient in one or more backend languages (Java/Go/C#/Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide microservices architecture standards and service boundaries.
• Lead modernization of legacy apps into cloud-native services.
• Design secure, resilient distributed systems with REST/gRPC and event-driven patterns.
• Establish API governance, versioning, and service lifecycle practices.
• Mentor architects and engineers while promoting cloud-native best practices.
• Evaluate emerging cloud-native tech and drive strategic adoption.
