Job summary

Veeam Software Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to design and implement complex solutions addressing advanced product support challenges. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and product management to analyze demos, drive issue resolution, and refine documentation and best practices.

The role covers cloud, virtualization, backup, and recovery across OpenShift, PKS, Rancher, Google GKE, AWS EKS, and VMware, with public cloud configuration and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 6 years of progressive experience as Systems Architect, Lead Engineer, or related occupation
• Experience with Kubernetes, Linux administration (Docker), cloud technologies, and scripting languages (Bash or Python) for automation.
• Experience using Salesforce and ServiceNow for case management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and coordinating tasks across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex solutions to drive technical product support requests.
• Enhance product customer experience by identifying, recreating, and tracking customer issues for faster resolutions.
• Enhance product adoption by logging and tracking features and enhancements reported by customers.
• Develop performance metrics and contribute to documentation in Knowledge Base, Best Practices, Blogs, and White Papers.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product management during POC analyses and product demos.
• Work on product networking, cloud, virtualization, backup, and recovery; configure public cloud infra (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
