Job summary

Scribe is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, maintain, and scale our critical infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, optimize performance, and implement deployment strategies enabling engineers to ship with confidence.

Deep expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling is required, with emphasis on capacity planning and system evolution across production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infra Eng with deep AWS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure as usage grows.
• Design and implement zero-downtime deployment with automated rollback.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules for infra changes.
• Lead capacity planning and cost management for production.
• Build observability into services with Honeycomb, Sentry, CloudWatch.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for safe shipping.
• Own networking and traffic routing decisions including load balancing and DNS.
