Saks Global is seeking a Technical SME to lead integration delivery for an EI Platform within a global enterprise. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and ensure code quality while overseeing platform enhancements and cloud-based solutions.

The role blends architectural oversight with hands-on development (up to 20%), focusing on Spring Boot, Java, Scala, Python, and AWS-based services in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in integration development and technical leadership within global enterprises.
• Deep expertise in API architecture, microservices, enterprise messaging systems, and cloud-native solutions.
• Implementation experience of integration cloud platforms at a global scale.
• Optional/Nice-to-Have: Experience with MuleSoft, IIB, IBM MQ, or GoAnywhere MFT.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor internal and offshore developer teams, perform code reviews, and enforce integration governance policies.
• Architecture & Design: Partner with Integration Architects to review, approve, and implement cloud integration solutions and API designs.
• Platform & Monitoring Management: Oversee build improvements, platform upgrades, migrations, and ensure robust monitoring using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
• DevOps & Delivery: Drive CI/CD automation, manage release artifacts, and troubleshoot technical issues across complex cloud environments.
• Hands‑On Development: Execute hands‑on engineering tasks (up to 20%) to support complex features or framework builds.
