RESPEC is seeking an experienced, senior Cloud Solutions Architect to lead enterprise IT modernization and cloud transformation initiatives for a major Texas state healthcare agency. You will serve as the technical authority driving Data Center Operations (DCO) delivery, modernizing legacy applications, and migrating on‑prem systems to resilient cloud environments (public, private, and hybrid).

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive, verifiable experience across core technical domains.
Hands-on design, implementation, and administration of cloud solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and Kubernetes cluster management.
Strong background in enterprise data governance, cloud security posture management, and compliance.
Experience integrating observability platforms and leading technical workgroups in Agile/Scrum environments.
