Job summary

Sierra is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate our cloud platforms across AWS and Google Cloud. The role emphasizes production-grade automation, security, reliability, and support for customer-managed deployments.

You will work across multi-tenant regions, implement IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes, and drive deployment improvements, incident response, and observability to ensure scalable, compliant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on software or infrastructure engineering.
• Production-scale systems experience.
• Strong coding and automation skills using IaC.
• Experience with at least one major cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across major clouds.
• Improve deployment and release systems with production code.
• Strengthen security and reliability of deployments.
• Support customer-managed cloud deployments.
