Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to own the shared layer that all Harvey IT systems run on. You’ll join Core IT Engineering & Infrastructure, collaborating with Security, Networking, and Platform teams to build scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure.

You’ll implement IaC, manage identity provisioning, and improve monitoring, backups and runbooks across our SaaS-focused stack, influencing architecture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate IT engineering or SRE.
• Terraform or similar IaC experience with Git/CI.
• Python scripting plus Bash/PowerShell/Go.
• Identity provisioning: SAML, OIDC, SCIM in Okta/Entra.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP IAM and cost basics.
• DNS and TLS management and certificates.
• Monitoring expertise and actionable runbooks.
• Strong written communication for non‑engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared infrastructure, automation and reliability across IT platforms.
• Manage IT cloud accounts, tenants, access, guardrails and costs.
• IaC for IT configuration and CI pipelines; framework ownership.
• Automation of identity lifecycle and provisioning workflows.
• Monitoring, backups, resilience, runbooks and recovery drills.
• Develop scripts and internal tooling; keep in source control.
• Define repeatable template for new offices; coordinate with teams.
• Raise standards for change control and documentation.
