Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to own the shared IT layer across our cloud-first environment. You will shape automation, reliability, and provisioning for identity, access, and platform workloads.

This role collaborates with Security, Networking, and Office IT to ensure scalable, secure operations. Ideal candidates have substantial SRE/IT engineering experience, strong IaC skills (Terraform), Python scripting, and hands-on work with Okta/Entra, AWS/Azure/GCP, DNS/TLS, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate IT engineering, systems engineering or SRE.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or similar.
• Scripting in Python plus Bash/PowerShell/Go.
• Identity and provisioning knowledge: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle automation in Okta/Entra.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP IAM, accounts and cost basics.
• DNS, TLS and certificate management knowledge.
• Monitoring/alerting and build/runbooks that teams trust.
• Clear written communication for explaining changes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared IT infrastructure, automation and reliability across platforms.
• Manage IT cloud accounts and tenants (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost governance.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Git, CI pipelines and review processes.
• Automate identity lifecycle and provisioning (SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
• Set up monitoring, backup and resilience for critical IT systems.
• Migrate and maintain scripts/tools, bring them under source control.
• Define repeatable templates for new office sites with owners.
• Improve change control, runbooks and documentation across IT.
