Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. in Mountain View is hiring to build and scale the Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform. You will work closely with platform, ML, data, and frontend teams to shape DevOps, infrastructure needs, and drive roadmap.

You will design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across regions, ensure security, scalability, performance, observability, and cost optimization, while building CI/CD pipelines and automating provisioning with IaC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling cloud infrastructure
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure including security groups, IAM roles, ELB, CloudFormation
• Familiarity with VPN, VPC, DNS and troubleshooting network issues
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, Istio, etc.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, data backup, encryption, security tools
• Comfort with IaC and automation tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Thrives in startup pace with strong ownership and delivery focus

• Build and scale the Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform
• Collaborate with platform, ML, data, and frontend teams to meet DevOps needs
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infra across regions and multi-clouds
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with IaC and full automation
• Strengthen security posture with the security team
• Drive ownership of platform and infra initiatives from concept to delivery
