Job summary
Vouch, a tech-enabled insurance advisory and brokerage, is hiring in Chicago for a senior Infra & Security lead. You will own the cloud platform end-to-end, drive a simpler architecture, and lead incident response in a hybrid office setting.
The role requires deep AWS experience, production reliability focus, and strong security governance capabilities. You will guide identity management, automation, and compliance programs while collaborating with IT, Legal, and Finance to maintain
Qualifications
- Formal background in information security or cybersecurity.
- Led at least one enterprise security-breach or data-leak incident response.
- Hands-on as a technical lead with architecture and code review.
Responsibilities
- Own the cloud platform end-to-end: infra reliability, CI/CD, and delivery automation.
- Drive isolated architecture, retire legacy services, and reduce surface area to defend.
- Lead infra & security incident response with a rotation and runbooks.
- Bring identity under a single source of truth across humans, services, machines, and agents.
- Build Production-agent Infrastructure enabling autonomous agents with safe production runs.
- Drive security-compliance and supply-chain scanning programs.
